I made these seven declarations because I know the whispers.
The ones that tell you that you are too much or not enough. That you are unworthy. That peace is for other people. That you are not strong enough to take the next step. That you are not loved the way you need to be loved.
Those whispers are not random. They are intentional. And they are lies.
God has given us His Word to speak back. Not to argue with the enemy. But to declare what is already true. What has always been true. What was spoken over us before we ever heard the first whisper.
These seven declarations are drawn straight from Scripture. They are not affirmations I made up. They are not positive thinking. They are God's own words, given back to you to carry. On your mirror, your desk, your refrigerator, wherever the whispers find you loudest.
Take what you need right now. Come back for more when the season changes. And if you know someone who needs a word, share it. That is exactly what these are for.
He already spoke it over you. Now carry it with you.
I Have Peace
Not the kind the world gives. Not the absence of hard things. The kind that stands guard over her heart when the hard things come anyway. The peace that surpasses understanding, which means it does not require her to understand first.
Philippians 4:7
I Will Be Still
She does not have to fix it. She does not have to figure it out today. She does not have to carry what was never hers to carry. He is God. She can be still and let that be enough.
Psalm 46:10
I Will Walk in Courage
The next step is scary. He already knows that. He told her to take it anyway. Not because the path is clear but because He is already on it ahead of her.
Isaiah 40:31
I Have Hope
Some days hope is a choice. The feeling is gone and all she has is the decision to believe anyway. He meets her right there. In the choosing, in the not-yet, in the space between the promise and the answer.
Romans 15:13
I Am Beloved By Him
She has been defined by so many voices. A relationship. A failure. A diagnosis. A reflection in a mirror that has been lying to her for years. His voice was there before any of them. And what He said was: I love you. I chose you. I rejoice over you with singing.
Zephaniah 3:17
I Am Strong
Not because she feels strong. Not because she has it together. But because the One who holds everything together lives in her. His strength does not wait for her to earn it. It shows up in exactly the moments she has none of her own.
Philippians 4:13
I Am Worthy
Not because of what she has done. Not because she finally got it right. Because He decided, before she ever showed up, that she was worth everything. That decision has not changed. It will not change. It was never based on her performance to begin with.
Colossians 2:7
